We carefully inspect carpets before shipment and request you to inspect them upon receipt. For items delivered via courier, your signature is required at the time of delivery. If you discover a defect, please contact our team at +91-9927666603 or diamondcarpets@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the items.
Products are eligible for returns only if there is a manufacturing fault that cannot be fixed.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
To ensure the quality and integrity of our products, the following items and conditions are not eligible for return:

Customized or Personalized Orders
- Carpets made to specific size, design, or color requirements.
- Products customized to match unique client preferences or specifications.

Used or Damaged Items
- Carpets that have been used, stained, soiled, or damaged after delivery.
- Items with odors, tears, or any alterations made by the customer.

Clearance or Final Sale Items
- Products purchased during special clearance sales or marked as “non-returnable” at the time of sale.

Improper Handling or Storage
- Items damaged due to improper storage, handling, or exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions, such as moisture, direct sunlight, or chemicals.

Returns Outside the Eligible Window
- Products requested for return beyond the return eligibility period specified in our policy.

Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Packaging
- Items that are not returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and certifications intact.

Defective Returns Not Approved
- Products claimed as defective without prior approval or supporting evidence (e.g., photos or videos of the defect).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the original amount, deducting only the shipping charges within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
