What are the shipping charges?

We offer free shipping in India on every item purchased through our website.
For all international shipments, the shipping cost is ₹600 per kilogram. There are, extra duties, and local taxes applicable, depending on the customs laws of respective countries. You will need to pay it to our shipping partner at the time of delivery.
Please note that this rate is subject to change based on the urgency and specific delivery timeline requested by the customer.

When will my order arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 business hours. The estimated delivery time may vary product to product and can be delivered the next day or maximum in 10 business days from the time of placing the order. The estimated delivery can be checked on the product detail page.

Due to high volume of orders during the sale, there might be a delay of 5-7 days in delivery.

How do I check the estimated delivery date for any product?

Enter your delivery pin code on the product detail page to know the estimated delivery days for it.

How will I know whether my order is confirmed?

Once the order is successfully placed, you will receive the following notifications via email:-

1. Email order confirmation
2. Text message order confirmation

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by calling us on +91 9927666603 or email us at - diamondcarpets@gmail.com. Order cancellation will only be accepted before the shipment has been dispatched.

Once the order is cancelled, the refund shall be initiated and it should reflect in your account within 48 business hours through the original mode of payment.

Is there any hidden cost?

For all Indian orders, the price paid at checkout is final with all tax included, Express shipping shall be chargeable on actuals.

For International orders: There are shipping fees, import duty, and local taxes applicable that depend on the customs laws of respective countries. While International shipping needs to be paid at the time of placing the order, all additional charges are to be paid to our shipping partners at the time of delivery.
